October 15, 2013 - Regular Meeting Agenda Item #13 Item Title C-14 SEDNET Constance Biemiller Thomas contract 2013-14. Issue/Rationale The Lutheran Services Florida, Inc. (LSF contract will provide funding for counseling services for Constance Thomas, LCSW to provide out-patent counseling services to E/BD students approved by the Family Service Planning Team (FSPT).  The Multiagency Network for Emotional/Behavioral Disabilities (SEDNET) will coordinate the consultative services. Recommended Action Approve Constance Thomas, LCSW, contract for 2013-14. Financial Impact There is no cost to The School District of Clay County. Submitted By Terry D.
